What I create for boats, yachts and catamarans
I photograph and film sailing and motor boats, yachts and catamarans, both under way and at the mooring. With my team, in a single outing we can create photos, videos and aerial drone footage, with a consistent style.
Exterior photos under way
Images under way show the boat's lines, the sail, the wake and the surrounding sea. They are planned around light and wind, usually early in the morning or at sunset, when the colours of the water are most beautiful.
Interior photos
Cabins, saloon and cockpit must be photographed with controlled light, because spaces are small and the contrast with the windows is strong. The goal is to show viewers how much space there really is and how well kept the boat is.
Video and drone footage
The drone shows the boat from above, the bay, the turquoise water and the route: these are the images that stop the scroll on social media and in charter listings. Flights only take place where permitted and in compliance with ENAC rules.

How a yacht shoot is organised
First we talk to understand what the images are for (sale, charter, social media), the area and the period. Then we set a date with a weather backup plan, prepare the boat and the shot list, and after the shoot I take care of selection, post-production and editing, delivering formats for the website, listings and social media, including vertical ones.

Do you only work in Liguria and Piedmont?
No. I am based in Turin, but I work in ports all over Italy and abroad.
Do you also make videos as well as photos?
Yes. We create photos, videos and drone footage on the same day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The shoot moves to a backup date agreed in advance, so the images come out with the right sea and light.
